The report was later referred to Ministerial Committee on Educational, Social and Health Affairs to place reportís recommendations, the cabinet said.

A new demography structure was announced by the cabinet and issuance of work permits for private sector will be opened for all sectors, while companies will be allowed to bring only 25 percent of their staff needs from abroad.
